ENROLLMENT APPLICATION
Thank you in advance for requesting an application to become a citizen of the United Cherokee AniYunWiYa Nation. Citizenship in the United Cherokee AniYunWiYa Nation is open to any person who can provide evidence of their Cherokee bloodline by substantiating their direct descendancy from a person whose name appears on any federal official roll.
Complete both pages and return with the processing fee, copy of birth certificate, and photo(s).
The Processing fee is $60.00 for individual, $10.00 extra to adopt a spouse, and children under 18 are free. You must include a color photo, and a copy of your birth certificate along with your application fee along with your application. If you have children under the age of 18 you must include a color photo of them (please write name of child on back of photo) and a copy of their birth certificates. If you are adopting your spouse please include a letter stating you wish to adopt them along with the adoption fee, a color photo and a copy of their birth certificate. Please take a piece of white paper and a sharpie, gel pen or similar pen and sign your name. The bolder the better since this will be scanned in. This should be done for each individual in your family on your application you are including with your enrollment, except children too young to do this. The signature is needed to be added to your enrollment ID card at the time of printing (similar to your drivers license). Any applications packets received incomplete will delay your application being processed.
